This highly anticipated adaptation of Frank Miller's graphic novel is coming to theatres on March 9


The story of The 300 is about as juicy and bloody and heroic as ancient military history gets. The 300 Spartans that fought alongside King Leonidas in order to defeat Persian General Xerxes at the Battle of Thermopylae epitomize the heroism sense of coutnry of ancient soldiers in defending Greece and democracy to the bloody death.

Directed by Zack Snyder, and starring Gerard Butler (The Phantom of the Opera) as Leonidas, this movie is highly anticipted, and infuses live action with stunning virtual images that will no doubt be incredible to watch on the big screen. It opens March 9.
